Jordan Hollender is a director, hypnotherapist, life coach and lifelong student with a focus on Sound Healing, EMDR, yoga, NLP, and meditation.

In his hypnotherapy and coaching practices, he helps clients identify self-defeating patterns and replace them with life-enhancing thoughts and actions. In his cinematic work, he uses motivational therapeutic techniques to help actors increase confidence and emotional depth. In his work with others and himself, Jordan has found that the key to lasting change is to relax into, rather than try to force new behaviors.
